Cooling lubricating greases
　　Cooling lubricating greases is conductivity of materials with grease form. It has wide range of temperature, transiting heat from sentimental components to another substance with large heating area because the plasticity of thermal greases can be filled in two conducting surfaces. It can contact closely with surfaces of electronic devices which need cooling and reduce heat resistance. It can reduce temperatures of electric devices effectively and prolong serving life of electric devices and improve reliability.
ATS lubricating greases TC series contains general and non-silicon thermal greases. General lubricating greases have low surface tension properties. It can influence soldering tin or coating problems. Generally the non-silicon thermal greases is first considered.
