Lubricating greases for spindle motor
　　The principal axis, commutator and copper brush of a small motor needs lubricant. Its working environment has high speed, low temperatures, low noises, low starting torque, etc. Lubricating greases for high-speed spindle motors are easy to be shot out and be run off in high temperatures. The commucator and cooper lubricating greases are easy to be carbonized and to be dark in the arcing. It results in bad lubricant and abrasion of commucators and cooper brushes.
　　“ATS” lubricant for spindle motors has a wide scope of working temperatures. It has oxidation stability and heat-resisting, low volatility and low noises. In a specific scope of temperature, speed and load, its base oil can keep its viscosity and film strength. It is not easy to get dark. There s little abrasion of copper and commucators.
