ATSRAW series of metalworking fluids include oil press, forming oil and solvent volatile press. It mainly includes two series, namely punching shear, low degree strengthening oil. This series has large scope of application, which is mainly used in metal inserts with low to high degree of strength in hardware industry, household applications, aviation and other areas. It can also be used as lubricating and cooling oil when it applies in slices which after pressing and processing do not need cleaining.

ATSRAW 115	It is base oil made of ISO paraffin base oil, special ester lubricant and corrosion inhibitors. With little smell, it is colorless and transparent. It is quick-drying metal processing oil with low load which has high flashing points and high lubricating ability. It can improve the working life of mould and reduce difficulties of shaping. ATSRAW 155	It is fast-dry metal-pressing processing oil with little smell, high flashing points and high lubricating ability. It is specially designed for nonferrous metal and ferrous metal with medium load. It is made from ISO paraffin base oil, ester lubricant, EP additive, corrosion inhibitor and other additives. It has good cooling and lubricating abilities. It can successfully extend the working life of moulds and achieve the best shaping results of workpieces. ATSRAW 176	It is highly anti-abrasion and EP forming oil with volatility. It is made from ISO paraffin base oil, special synthetic lubricating chemical ingredients, EP anti-abrasions, corrosion inhibitors. It is processing oil designed for ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals with heavy load. It also benefits moulds in anti-abrasion and products in shaping. ATSRAW 3246	It is made of deeply refined base oil, polymer lubricating EP additive, ester fecal lubricants, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. It is lubricating and cooling oil used for processing aluminium, copper, their alloy and other ferrous metal. It has special recipes and largely improves lubricating. It reduces the difficulty of shapes and improves the degree of finish of shaped products. It is the best lubricant shaping and processing nonferrous metal. ATSRAW 3200	It is highly chloride pressing and stretching oil with viscosity. It is made from base oil, active sulfur compound additive, boundary lubricant and other additives. ATSRAW 9100	It is made from refined base oil, ester lubricant and other special chlorinated paraffin. It can reduce friction in high temperatures and high pressure. Special EP chemical additives benefit EP operation. It can bear EP high temperature and high pressures and reduce abrasions of moulds which result from heat. Providing good degree of product finish, it can quickly dissolve in the solvent.
